    FULL OVERVIEW

The pandemic has changed the way we work, perhaps permanently. Preparedness for remote working at scale is complex and could result in wide variations in working cultures and arrangements emerging across industries and sectors throughout Europe.

To succeed, leadership teams will need to pivot their organisations to rally the workforce now and in a post Covid 19 world. At the same time, they will need to consider how businesses are structured and organised, ensuring they create future-proof workplaces that are flexible and adaptable, and enable transformation in the way employees feel and go about their work.

The Financial Times, in partnership with Citrix, are delighted to host this webinar to examine how leaders can create this blend of a fully adaptive workplace, underpinned by a culture that ensures people remain at the heart of the organisation. Gathering a panel of Chief Information Officers, Chief HR Officers and business leaders, we will discuss how adaptive workplaces can meet the needs and expectations of remote workforces in the long term, and the implications of this for organisational cultures and the employee experience.
